Monday morning we received a call about three children (all siblings) that needed a forever family. I was blown back by this news. The phone call came just 45 mins. before we sold our home. WOW! What a fantastic day. I made some phone calls and inquired about them there seems to be a glitch in the system and the social worker took our contact info. if something changes and they become available for adoption she will call us. I don't know how we would have managed with three children all at once, but we would have made it work somehow. There is a child/children out there for us.....we have to stay positive and keep reminding ourselves that one day we will become parents. Thanks for the prayers!
By Friday we will have mailed off our money so we can put our profile in "the book" at the adoption agency. Its just another step in the process...baby steps but with a fantastic outcome someday, hopefully soon!
Please keep spreading the word our hopes of adopting, it just takes one person. Happy Thanksgiving!
